Prepaid or minimum contract term?
With us there is no minimum contract period. If your service has expired after the selected period, it will be automatically deactivated, if you do not renew it before. Services can be extended at any time in the customer portal. After expiry of the service, an extension can no longer be guaranteed. Please extend your services on time. You will be informed of the current term of your products at regular intervals by e-mail.
